As specialist mortgage brokers we have access to mortgage and re-mortgage deals suitable for not usually available on the high street. We use our extensive knowledge of the mortgage market and our panels of lenders to bring you the best mortgage deal to suit your circumstances.
You may need to re-mortgage for a number of reasons. Perhaps you need to refinance to pay off debts and cut monthly costs; raise capital for home improvements or simply to obtain a better rate. We will advise you on all your mortgage options. Every case is looked at individually.
We can also assist with business finance and commercial mortgages and provide packaging services for other independent mortgage brokers.
Not all lenders use an automated credit scoring facility to decide on whether to give you a mortgage. Instead, your application could be considered on an individual basis. So dont be put off thinking that your credit reference file is going to stop you from getting a mortage loan with adverse credit. Our panel of mortgage lenders are specialists when it comes to providing mortgages for people with adverse credit. By contacting us, you are under no obligation to go ahead with anything we can offer, it is important you find the best deal that suits your individual circumstances. The overall cost for comparison is 7% APR. The actual rate payable will depend on your circumstances. Ask for a personalised illustration.
We charge a fee of 1% of the loan (typical example: £70,000 loan would incur £700 fee) However, it may be possible to incorporate the fee into the loan. In Right to Buy cases an administration fee is payable but this may also be incorporated into the loan and does not require an up front payment.
Early repayment charges will apply. They will vary depending on the mortgage you choose.
